Key Responsibilities:
Market Research & Customer Insights
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs, segments, and competitive positioning
- Develop user and buyer personas to guide product and marketing strategies
- Act as a bridge between customers and the product team by gathering and relaying insights
- Collaborate with Product and Marketing to align on audience understanding
- Analyze user behavior and feedback to refine product-market fit
Product Positioning & Messaging
- Assist in defining the product’s unique selling proposition (USP), positioning, and messaging
- Craft clear, compelling messaging that communicates product value to customers and internal teams
- Ensure consistency in messaging across digital ads (Google, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram), social, email, print, and internal communications
- Educate prospects through effective communication and content to support conversion
Sales Enablement
- Develop sales and marketing collateral including brochures, pitch decks, and demo scripts
- Support internal product training sessions for Sales teams
- Enable Sales teams with messaging that clearly communicates product value
Go-To-Market & Campaign Execution
- Support the development and execution of go-to-market (GTM) strategies
- Assist in planning and coordinating product launches and promotional campaigns
- Help execute campaigns across email, SMS, social platforms, events, and paid channels (Google, LinkedIn, Facebook)
- Work with Product Management to define goals, KPIs, and success metrics for launches
- Monitor campaign performance and recommend data-driven improvements
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Product, Sales, Design, and Tech teams to ensure alignment
- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of campaigns and assets
- Maintain consistency in messaging across all touchpoints
Internal Communication & Content Management
- Maintain editorial calendars and track product marketing deliverables
- Coordinate internal communication on product updates, launches, and campaigns
Performance Monitoring
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as engagement, lead generation, and conversions
- Assist in developing and refining marketing strategies to reach target audiences
- Continuously optimize messaging and campaigns based on performance data and feedback
Required Skills:
