What You'll Bring:
✔ 3–4 years of Product Management experience in product-based companies or startups
✔ Strong technical foundation (Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, or related field)
✔ Experience working in FinTech, Logistics Tech, or high-growth startup environments
✔ Expertise in product discovery, requirement gathering, PRDs, BRDs, and agile execution
✔ Strong stakeholder management, communication, and analytical skills
What You'll Do:
🔹 Own the product lifecycle from discovery to delivery
🔹 Work closely with Engineering, Design, Operations, and Business teams
🔹 Drive sprint planning, backlog management, and product releases
🔹 Translate business challenges into scalable product solutions
🔹 Monitor product performance and continuously improve user experience
