PROSkills HR is looking for a visionary "Product Manager" to lead the full lifecycle of an AI-driven e-commerce platform — from ideation to delivery. This role blends product strategy, user empathy, and AI innovation to drive growth in multi-seller marketplaces, trade-in, and buyback programs.

✨ Key Responsibilities

Own the e-commerce funnel & optimize conversion through data-driven insights
Drive AI-led feature development (personalization, predictive analytics, A/B testing)
Partner with Design & Engineering to deliver engaging UI/UX and scalable features
Manage multi-seller operations, trade-in programs, and ERP workflows (Odoo)
Lead structured sprints and product roadmaps aligned with business goals

✅ What We’re Looking For

5+ years of Product Management (E-commerce, SaaS, or Consumer Tech)
Strong grasp of AI tools, data analytics & funnel optimization
Experience with ERP/Odoo workflows & marketplace operations
Excellent communication & project management skills
