Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a product management, application engineering, or technical training role in the energy storage or solar industry.
• Proven experience with hybrid inverter systems, lithium-ion battery technologies, and system integration.
• Strong technical foundation in power electronics, battery chemistries, and grid-tied/off-grid systems.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience creating and delivering training content and workshops.
• Strong organizational and cross-functional project management skills.
