Product Manager

Description:

Xavor Corporation is hiring a Product Manager to lead the development of RUI, an AI-powered social robot designed to support dementia care. This is a unique opportunity to work on impactful technology with real-world healthcare applications.

As a Product Manager, you’ll collaborate with a world-class team of engineers, designers, and AI specialists to define, shape, and execute the roadmap for RUI. Your work will directly influence how AI can enhance care for individuals suffering from dementia and their caregivers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive the end-to-end product lifecycle of RUI, from ideation to deployment

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including AI, robotics, and healthcare experts

• Define product vision, features, and roadmap

• Gather and prioritize requirements from stakeholders and users

• Ensure timely delivery of milestones with quality and user impact in mind

• Translate complex problems into user-centered solutions

• Conduct competitive analysis and stay updated with emerging trends in AI and healthcare robotics

Required Skills:

• Minimum 4 years of experience in product management, ideally with exposure to AI, robotics, or healthcare tech

• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills

• Experience in working with interdisciplinary teams

• Ability to translate user needs into clear product requirements

• Familiarity with agile methodologies and product development tools
