Product Manager

Description:

IBL Healthcare is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Product Manager / Senior Product Manager to become a part of its dynamic and forward-thinking team based at the Karachi Head Office. This position is ideal for professionals who are passionate about driving product strategy, life cycle management, and market growth in the healthcare and pharmaceutical sector.

The selected candidate will be responsible for end-to-end product planning and execution, including market research, strategy development, marketing campaigns, brand positioning, competitor analysis, and performance tracking. This role demands strong analytical thinking, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and competitive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective product strategies in alignment with company goals

• Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential threats

• Manage the complete product lifecycle from conception to launch and post-launch performance

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams including R&D, Regulatory, Sales, and Supply Chain to ensure timely execution of plans

• Prepare marketing materials, campaigns, and promotional strategies to boost product visibility and sales

• Monitor and evaluate product performance and make recommendations for improvement

• Maintain competitive intelligence and propose innovative solutions to gain market share

Job Requirements:

• Proven experience in product management within the healthcare/pharmaceutical sector

• Strong understanding of product life cycles, brand management, and market analytics

• Excellent strategic planning, decision-making, and communication skills

• Ability to manage multiple products and projects simultaneously

• Leadership skills and the ability to work effectively in team settings

• Educational background in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or Business Administration (preferred)
