Product Manager

Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and result driven Product Manager with 4 to 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical company to manage sales operations.

Responsibilities

· Assist in creating and executing annual plans, promotional strategies, and product marketing campaigns.

· Conduct in-depth market research, competitor analysis, and customer feedback to support data-driven decision-making.

· Collaborate with sales teams to develop marketing tools and training materials; monitor field force implementation.

· Work with medical teams to ensure marketing materials meet compliance and medical standards.

Qualifications:

· B.Pharm / B.Sc; additionally MBA in Marketing (Preferred)

· Knowledge of general medicine and therapeutic areas such as [cardiology, gastroenterology, etc.] is a plus.

· Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills.
