Description:
We are seeking an experienced Product Manager with a strong technical background to lead the development and evolution of our IT products. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience managing cross-functional teams and should be able to communicate effectively between technical and non-technical stakeholders. The role demands a proactive mindset and familiarity with frontend and backend technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
Product Leadership
- Must define and own the product vision, roadmap, and strategic direction aligned with business objectives.
- Should be able to conduct thorough market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and industry trends.
- Must translate product goals into clear and actionable requirements and prototypes.
Cross-functional Collaboration
- Must lead and manage the Main Development Team, ensuring effective execution of frontend and backend development.
- Should collaborate with the Marketing Team to align product messaging, go-to-market strategies, and feature positioning.
- Must work closely with the Data and QA Teams to guarantee product quality, reliability, and performance.
- Should be able to gather and compile feedback from stakeholders, prioritize features, and communicate updates.
Technical Understanding
Must have working knowledge of technologies such as:
- PHP, Laravel, MySQL, SQL, HTML, CSS, JavaScript
- REST APIs and version control (e.g., Git)
- Hosting and deployment processes
- Should be able to act as a bridge between technical teams and business units, translating product needs into technical requirements.
Product Lifecycle Management
- Must manage the entire product lifecycle from ideation to launch and continuous improvement.
- Should be able to write clear user stories, epics, and acceptance criteria.
- Must maintain an organized and prioritized product backlog.
Performance Tracking & Optimization
- Must define and track key KPIs to measure product success and guide data-driven decisions.
- Should be able to analyze user behavior and feedback for iterative improvements.
Team Management & Communication
- Must facilitate sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives with internal teams.
- Should serve as the primary contact for all product-related communications across departments.
- Should be able to lead and motivate team members to achieve collective goals.
