Priorities and deliverables:
- Take Complete ownership to drive continuous product development as per the product roadmap.
- Continuously gain & improve domain knowledge of the product and the industry.
- Understand the product's existing features & functionality in depth and be confident about all areas of the product.
- Envisioning product future as per client requirements, industry trends & market competition.
- Plan the product roadmap with the product owner. Perform effective SWOT analysis of the product and its features and make substantial contribution to the roadmap.
- Use the prioritized roadmap to plan monthly releases with the team leader.
- Converting abstract roadmap items into tasks by drafting implementation plan.
- Guiding and training the business analyst to understand the application and requirements so they can groom task lists and improve user stories.
- Give high importance to user-experience & user-interface design while evaluating team's deliverables.
- Communicate with the team members with effective interpersonal skills and keep them focused & motivated.
Qualifications:
- Strong verbal and written communications skills.
- Effective Leadership skills.
- Project Management skills.
- Experience in Years 2+ Years as a Team/Leader / Product Manager and 5 Years of total experience.
- For APM role 2+ years of experience.
- Ability to make good judgements & quick decisions, strong sense of ownership, energetic & inspirational.
- Understanding of agile project management concepts are mandatory Agile project management certification will be a huge plus.
