Qualification: MBBS / Pharm-D, preferably with MBA in Marketing from a reputable university.

Experience: 3 - 4 years of Product Management Experience in the field of General Medicine. Candidate should hold experience in Marketing Research, New Product Development and Product Launch.

Job Description: Key responsibilities of this position includes:

• Responsible for proactive development of marketing and promotional mix to meet brand objectives and customer needs.

• Responsible for optimum management of budget for brand(s) and delivery of sales targets for the assigned product(s).

• Responsible for understanding of relevant disease and market to develop customer insights through appropriate techniques/tools.

• Responsible for preparation of annual/cyclic, action / brand plans to meet business objectives.

• Responsible for providing product training on strategies and promotional campaigns such as QCM, ITP, Refreshers to the field force.
