Product Development Manager

DIC Pakistan Limited is looking for Product Development Manager

Key Accountabilities

Initiate new development projects and futuristic research projects considering recent trends of green chemistry and sustainable products.

Supervise and develop cost effective products in comparison with competition.

Bring new products to market by analyzing proposed product requirement and product development program; preparing return-on-investment analysis; establishing time schedules with engineering and manufacturing and Process Optimization of the developed products.

Preferred Knowledge, Skills & Behaviors

M.Sc./M.Phil. Chemistry (Bure Chemistry, Organic or Polymer Chemistry), preferably a PHD or doctorate student

12+ years of Industrial Research (additional to academic research) with at least 5+ years in technical department of a chemical industry.

Must have in depth knowledge of Flexo and gravure inks or similar industry and international compliances like Swiss Ordinance, EUPIA, CEPE and FDA.
