Product Designer

Description:

Cloud Primero is looking for a highly skilled Product Designer to join their team on a contractual/project-based basis. The selected candidate will play a vital role in reshaping user experiences for a high-profile enterprise client through innovative, user-centric design solutions. This hybrid role allows some flexibility while ensuring hands-on collaboration with multi-disciplinary teams to deliver exceptional digital interfaces aligned with WCAG accessibility standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design intuitive and accessible digital products and user interfaces that align with business goals.

• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to translate user needs into engaging experiences.

• Lead the design process from concept to execution, including wireframing, prototyping, and user testing.

• Ensure all designs follow accessibility standards (WCAG) to promote inclusive user experiences.

• Continuously iterate on feedback and usability data to enhance product performance.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience in UI/UX design for digital platforms, preferably in a fast-paced product or agency environment.

• Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar design tools.

• Understanding of WCAG accessibility guidelines and experience in designing accessible interfaces.

• Strong communication and collaboration skills for working in cross-functional teams.

• Attention to detail and a deep understanding of user behavior and design thinking principles.
