Product Chief Technology Officer

Quickers Venture is looking for a hands-on Product CTO to lead our technology vision and drive the development of scalable, high-impact digital products.

This is a leadership role for someone who can code, architect, and build teams — not just manage from the top.

🔹 Key Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor's degree in software engineering

• Excellent verbal communication skills

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Product CTO

• Strong hands-on coding experience

• Proven expertise in React and Laravel

• Experience in HR software development is highly preferred

• Demonstrated ability to build, lead, and grow technical teams

• Strong leadership, product thinking, and decision-making skills

• Lead product architecture and technical strategy

• Actively contribute to development when needed

• Hire, mentor, and scale the engineering team

• Ensure product quality, performance, and scalability

• Collaborate closely with product, design, and business teams
