Product Associate

Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented SaaS Product Associate to join our dynamic team based in Lahore. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth and optimization of cutting-edge cloud-based software products. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of SaaS business models, agile methodologies, and user-centric product development.

In this role, you will play a critical part in defining product vision, capturing customer feedback, translating requirements into actionable deliverables, and monitoring product performance metrics. You will work cross-functionally with product, engineering, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure the software evolves in alignment with business goals and user needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and maintain the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for cloud-based SaaS offerings

• Conduct market research, gather user feedback, and analyze trends to inform product decisions

• Translate functional and technical requirements into user stories, wireframes, and product specs

• Work closely with development teams using agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban

• Track and report key SaaS metrics such as user adoption, churn rate, retention, and feature usage

• Act as the bridge between stakeholders, technical teams, and end users to ensure product alignment

• Support the launch of new features and drive continuous improvement across the product lifecycle

Candidate Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline

• 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in SaaS product management, customer success, or business analysis

• Solid understanding of agile product development frameworks like Scrum or Kanban

• Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Trello, Aha!, Confluence, or equivalent product management platforms

• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to interpret quantitative and qualitative data

• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
