Procurement Specialist

Description:

SYNERJE Global Solutions is seeking an experienced Procurement Specialist to support U.S. Government and commercial projects, this role focuses on supplier sourcing, negotiations, purchasing, and delivery across commodities, equipment, vehicles, logistics, technology, and construction-related services.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and manage global suppliers and subcontractors
• Prepare RFQs, negotiate pricing, and issue purchase orders
• Conduct supplier visits, inspections, and performance evaluations
• Ensure compliance, cost efficiency, and on-time delivery
• Coordinate closely with internal teams and stakeholders

Qualifications

• 5+ years of procurement or supply chain experience
• Strong negotiation and supplier management skills
• Fluent in English & Urdu
• Must reside in Islamabad and hold a valid driver’s license
