Procurement Specialist

Tekboox looking to hire 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐜𝐮𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐒𝐩𝐞𝐜𝐢𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐬𝐭(𝐄𝐥𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐫𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐥 /𝐄𝐥𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐫𝐨𝐧𝐢𝐜𝐬 𝐈𝐧𝐝𝐮𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐲)  with 5–7 years of relevant experience Only in Electrical or Electronics Engineering industry

𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:

Execute daily procurement tasks assigned by the Procurement Manager.
Evaluate material requirements and plan procurement activities accordingly.
Convert internal Purchase Requisitions (PRs) into Vendor Purchase Orders using company systems (CRM/D365).
Identify, evaluate, and source potential vendors in compliance with company procedures.
Prepare and manage Requests for Quotation/Proposal (RFQ/RFP).
Analyze vendor proposals, conduct commercial negotiations, and finalize vendor selections.
Coordinate closely with the sales team to support customer proposals with competitive vendor quotes.
Participate in pre-sales activities by engaging with vendors to support tender requirements.
Ensure compliance with internal procurement policies and procedures.
Track and manage order execution, delivery schedules, and vendor performance.

𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:
Bachelors Degree in Electrical Engineering relevant discipline
5–7 years of relevant procurement experience, preferably in a technical or engineering environment.
Hands-on experience with procurement tools and ERP systems, preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) and CRM platforms.
Strong understanding of RFQ/RFP processes, vendor evaluation, and negotiation strategies.
Ability to manage multiple procurement activities across different regions and time zones.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate with vendors and internal stakeholders.
Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.
Experience in working with international vendors and handling global procurement operations.
Knowledge of tender management and compliance standards.
Familiarity with commercial and contractual terms in procurement.
