Description:
- Ensure that all purchasing activities are conducted in accordance with the company purchase policy.
- In consultation with the Inventory Control Officer, ensure stocked goods par levels are adequately maintained in warehouse/store and replenished ensuring continuous supply.
- Report immediately to supervisor any supply chain or delivery issues that may compromise the supply of goods or services.
- Maximize the use of the company buying power and local producers through supplier consolidation and rationalization without compromising quality and that all goods.
- Ensure all procurement activities conducted within delegations of authority and that appropriate approvals have been provided prior to issuing purchase order for goods or services.
- Prepare and complete procurement documentations and reports by using software e.g. SAP/ERP.
QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- B-Tech(Electrical/Mechanical) /Master/Bachelor’s degree qualification with industrial relevant experience of 3-5 years.
