Responsibilities

• Experienced in On-Prem and Public Cloud Infrastructure Design, Deployment, Support, System Tuning and continuous enhancements
• Hands on experience in Windows and/or Linux administration and monitoring
• Comfortable in Windows and/or Linux patching using automation toolsets or enterprise level Patch Management tool such as Desktop Central (DTC) or Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager SCCM
• In depth knowledge of ADFS, SSO, Exchange, Storage (SAN) and Office365
• Good understanding of Virtualization platforms such as VMWare
• Experienced in facilitating discussions with senior leadership regarding technical / architectural trade-offs, best practices, and risk mitigation
• Good understanding of IT compliance (eg. security, privacy, PCI, SOX, ISO 27001 etc.)
• Experienced with delivering proof-of-concept projects and lead implementation projects
• In depth knowledge of Cloud networking concepts
• Experience in Azure AD, Express Route and O365
• Good knowledge of Amazon Route53, Direct Connect, S3 and Glacier
• Develop, implement, and test data backup and recovery, and disaster recovery procedures.
• Write and maintain clear, concise documentation, runbooks and operational standards including infrastructure diagrams
• Must be able to work in shifts in 24x7 environment
• Provide coordination and be an escalation point for the local technical and project teams.
• Responsible for handling day-to-day work, including but not limited to Service Requests, Incident Requests, RCAs etc.
• Analyze, detect, identify and correct technical problems and deficiencies.
• Perform detailed analysis on server/system failures or review analysis performed by other teams
