Troubleshoot & Provide Tier-1/2/3 support in order to diagnose and resolve escalated issues that may cause Service Degradation or Interruption in the Connectivity of Data Center, DR, Regional Hubs, and All branches.
Look after network infrastructure and handle new tasks independently
Perform network maintenance and system upgrades
Monitor performance and ensure system availability and reliability
Monitor resource utilization, trending, and capacity planning
Work within established configuration and change management policies to ensure awareness, approval and success of changes made to the network infrastructure
Select and implement security rules, policies, and procedures in conjunction with the company’s security team
Liaise with internal/external teams for problem resolution
Handling network queries received from operations (end user)
Maintain network tools and application like Orion, TACACS, Configuration Backups
Join bridges, look after trouble tickets, respond to network queries
Coordinate with carrier
Configure and install various network devices and services (e.g., routers, switches, firewalls, VPNs etc.)
Masters or Bachelors degree in computer science or engineering
6 to 7 years with WAN protocols (BGP, EIGRP, OSPF,), LAN/WLAN (DNS, IP Addressing, QoS, Spanning Tree, Multicast), Cisco Catalyst switches, Cisco ISR/ASR routers
Knowledge of NG-Firewalls (Multi-vendor, Cisco ASA, Palo Alto, Fortigate), Security products/practices – ACLs, Firewalls, VPN, etc.
Knowledge of wireless access controllers and access points.
Project experience implementing core infrastructure, networking and cloud-based services for business teams or consumers
Experienced in SDN/SD-WAN and Public Cloud, Security products/practices – ACLs, Firewalls, VPN, etc.
Routing, Switching, VPNs troubleshooting expertise. Understanding of WAN and internet multi-homing architecture.
Experienced in Security Audits, network patching/upgrades, and network security compliance policies.
ITIL and Enterprise Change Management
Project experience implementing core infrastructure, networking, and cloud-based services for business teams or consumers
Operational excellence with knowledge of ITIL practices
