We are establishing a new, modern School of Nursing & Allied Health / Paramedics in Islamabad - Pakistan designed to meet international academic and clinical training standards. We are seeking an experienced, visionary Principal / Dean to lead the institution from inception, set academic excellence frameworks, and implement global best practices in nursing and allied health education.

 

This is a unique opportunity to build a new institution from the ground up and shape the future of healthcare education in Pakistan.

 

Key Responsibilities

 

Lead all academic and administrative functions of the new School of Nursing & Allied Health / Paramedics.

 

Develop and implement curricula aligned with international nursing and allied health education standards.

 

Ensure institutional compliance with national regulatory bodies and global accreditation guidelines.

 

Recruit, mentor, and evaluate faculty and staff.

 

Establish partnerships with hospitals/clinical sites for student rotations and staff training.

 

Lead strategic planning, budgeting, and academic policy development.

 

Promote research, innovation, and quality assurance systems.

 

Represent the institution to national and international stakeholders.

 

Required Qualifications

 

MS/MSc or PhD in Nursing, Allied Health, Medical Education, Public Health, or a relevant discipline.

 

Preferably trained or credentialed from the USA, UK, Canada, Australia, or Western Europe.

 

Minimum 7–15 years of academic experience, including at least 5 years in leadership roles such as Principal, Dean, Director, or Program Coordinator.

 

Demonstrated experience in curriculum development and academic accreditation.

 

Strong knowledge of global best practices in nursing/allied health education.

 

Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
