Pricing Manager

We are is seeking a dynamic and experienced Sea Freight Pricing Manager to join our team in Karachi. This is a full-time, on-site role responsible for developing and optimizing pricing strategies, analyzing market trends, and ensuring competitive pricing for shipping and logistics services. The Pricing Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales and operations, to achieve business goals.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement effective sea freight pricing strategies that maximize profitability and market share.

- Analyze market trends, competitor pricing, and customer needs to adjust pricing models accordingly.

- Collaborate with sales, operations, and finance teams to ensure pricing aligns with service offerings and cost structures.

- Negotiate freight rates with shipping lines and vendors to secure favorable terms.

- Monitor and report on pricing performance and market conditions to senior management.

- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal pricing policies.

- Train and support the sales team on pricing tools and strategies to optimize customer engagements.

Requirements:

-Candidates must have 3 to 5 years of experience in Sea Freight Pricing NVOCC / MLO

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and financial reports.

- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.

- Proficient in pricing software and Microsoft Office Suite.

- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
