We're Hiring | Pre-Sales Coordinator – ICT Solutions
Avira Technologies is looking for a Pre-Sales Coordinator who can bridge the gap between customers, vendors, sales, and technical teams and take ICT opportunities from requirement gathering through solution design, quotation, negotiation, and ultimately project win.
This is an ideal opportunity for someone who understands ICT solutions technically and commercially and enjoys designing the right solution for the customer.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
Understand customer requirements and design suitable end-to-end ICT solutions.
Prepare solution architectures, BOQs, technical proposals, quotations, and presentations.
Coordinate with vendors for product selection, technical specifications, pricing, availability, and commercial terms.
Negotiate with vendors to obtain competitive pricing and better commercial terms.
Evaluate different technologies and recommend the most suitable solution.
Coordinate with customers for technical discussions, clarifications, presentations, and solution revisions.
Support RFP/RFQ/tender responses and technical documentation.
Coordinate with technical and project teams for solution validation and feasibility.
Follow opportunities from initial requirement through proposal → negotiation → customer approval → project award.

👩‍💻 What We're Looking For
1–1.5 years of experience in ICT Pre-Sales / Pre-Sales Coordination / Solution Design.
Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Telecom, Engineering, or a related field.
Strong understanding of ICT products, technologies, and solution architecture.
Ability to understand customer requirements and convert them into practical solutions.
Good knowledge of BOQ preparation, quotations, product comparison, and technical proposals.
Strong vendor coordination and negotiation skills.
Excellent communication, presentation, documentation, and follow-up skills.
Female candidates will be preferred.

Position: Pre-Sales Coordinator – ICT Solution Design & Pre-Sales
Location: Parkview City, Lahore
Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Working Days: Monday – Friday
Experience: 1–1.5 Years
