Description:

This role is all about using psychology in the real world. You will look at how the design of spaces like offices, stores, or service areas affects how people behave and make decisions. This includes things like the layout, movement flow, signs, lighting, and where authority figures are positioned.

The work involves observing people in these spaces, spotting where behavior slows down or goes wrong, and making practical changes to improve results. This is not a clinical or research job. It is hands-on and applied. You need a solid understanding of environmental psychology, how people interact with their surroundings, and how small changes can influence behavior.

We are looking for someone who can turn psychological insights into real-world improvements, such as increasing engagement, compliance, performance, or sales, through changes in the physical environment.
