Key Responsibilities:
1. Brand Communications & Public Relations
• Develop and execute PR strategies aligned with brand positioning and marketing objectives.
• Manage all external communications to ensure a consistent and positive brand image.
• Draft press releases, media statements, and official communications.
• Identify opportunities to enhance brand visibility across relevant media channels.
2. Media Relations & Outreach
• Build and maintain relationships with media houses, and industry publications,
• Pitch stories, product launches, and brand updates to secure media coverage,
• Coordinate features, and press opportunities for leadership and brand representatives,
• Monitor media coverage and manage follow-ups to maximize exposure.
3. Influencer & Brand Partnerships
• Identify and engage with influencers, creators, and brand partners aligned with company values.
• Manage collaborations, PR gifting, and partnership campaigns.
• Track performance and impact of PR and influencer activities.
• Ensure all collaborations align with brand messaging and campaign goals.
4. Campaign & Product Launch Support
• Support marketing campaigns and product launches through PR-driven initiatives.
• Create buzz and visibility through strategic storytelling and media placements.
• Collaborate with content, design, and digital teams for integrated campaign execution.
• Assist in organizing PR events, launches, and brand activations.
5. Reputation Management & Crisis Handling
• Monitor brand mentions, public sentiment, and media narratives.
• Address negative coverage or PR issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Develop response strategies to manage brand reputation effectively.
• Ensure proactive communication to maintain a strong and credible brand image.
6. Reporting & Performance Tracking
• Track PR performance metrics including media coverage, reach, and engagement.
• Prepare reports on PR activities, campaign impact, and brand visibility.
• Provide insights and recommendations to improve PR effectiveness.
7. Collaboration & Process Alignment
• Work closely with marketing, content, and leadership teams to align messaging and strategy.
• Ensure consistency across all communication channels and brand touchpoints.
• Identify opportunities to improve PR processes and outreach strategies.
