Being Girl is looking for a PR Manager Intern to help grow the brand's online presence, influencer network, and visibility within the beauty and lifestyle community.

 

The role is primarily focused on PR, influencer relationships, creator collaborations, social media opportunities, events, and brand partnerships.

 

Key Responsibilities

 

- Build and grow Being Girl's online presence and brand visibility.

 

- Identify and connect with beauty influencers, skincare creators, lifestyle creators, and UGC creators.

 

- Research creators based on audience, engagement, content style, reach, and brand relevance.

 

- Identify opportunities for paid, gifted, and unpaid collaborations.

 

- Manage influencer communication and collaboration from outreach to content delivery.

 

- Guide creators with Reel concepts, hooks, content ideas, and creative briefs for Being Girl campaigns.

 

- Identify relevant beauty events, exhibitions, launches, pop-ups, and networking opportunities.

 

- Coordinate Being Girl's presence and coverage at relevant events and activities.

 

- Build and maintain relationships with influencers, creators, beauty professionals, and lifestyle communities.

 

- Explore brand collaborations, giveaways, creator campaigns, and partnership opportunities.

 

- Stay updated on beauty, skincare, influencer, and social media trends to identify PR opportunities.

 

- Track influencer outreach, collaborations, event coverage, and overall brand visibility.

- Has strong communication and follow-up skills.

 

- Is comfortable approaching influencers and coordinating collaborations.

 

- Has a good understanding of Reels, UGC, and creator content.

 

- Is proactive and capable of taking ownership of tasks.

 

- Can manage multiple influencer relationships and collaborations.

 

- Is interested in PR, influencer marketing, beauty marketing, and brand partnerships.
