Description:
As a PR & ORM Manager, you’ll be the voice of the brand, shaping and managing public perception, establishing our leadership in the SaaS and healthcare tech space, and ensuring consistent brand messaging across all online and media channels. You'll work closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to elevate our reputation, manage crises, build thought leadership, and enhance visibility in the digital landscape.
Key Responsibilities:
Brand Voice & PR Strategy:
Develop and implement a cohesive PR and communication strategy aligned with brand positioning in the Fintech, Healthtech, and SaaS sectors.
Thought Leadership Development:
Work with executives to craft and promote thought leadership content, speaking engagements, and media interactions.
Online Reputation Management:
Monitor and manage Tech Matters’ online presence across social platforms, review sites, forums, and search engines to ensure a positive brand image.
Media & Influencer Relations:
Build relationships with relevant media outlets, bloggers, influencers, and industry publications to secure coverage and visibility.
Crisis Management:
Identify reputational risks and manage crisis communication plans to mitigate potential PR issues.
Content Collaboration:
Collaborate with marketing, content, and product teams to ensure consistency in tone, messaging, and positioning.
Analytics & Reporting:
Track PR campaigns, sentiment analysis, and ORM KPIs. Provide regular reports with insights and recommendations.
