Kwick Packaging is looking for a results-driven PPC Expert / Google Ads Manager to join our growing team in Lahore.
We’re looking for someone who doesn’t just manage campaigns, but understands how to generate quality leads, optimize performance, and deliver measurable results.

Position Details:
Position: PPC Expert / Google Ads Manager
Job Type: Full-Time | On-Site
Working Days: Monday – Friday
Working Hours: 8:00 PM – 5:00 AM
Location: Second Floor, 181 Tulip Commercial, Park View City, Lahore


What You’ll Be Responsible For:
• Plan, launch, manage & optimize Google Ads campaigns
• Manage Search, Display, Performance Max & Remarketing campaigns
• Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis
• Optimize CPC, CPA, CTR, conversion rates and ROAS
• Generate high-quality B2B leads
• Analyze campaign data and identify growth opportunities
• Develop and test ad copies, audiences and landing-page strategies
• Manage conversion tracking, GA4 and Google Tag Manager
• Prepare regular performance reports and actionable insights


What We’re Looking For:
• Proven experience managing Google Ads / PPC campaigns
• Strong knowledge of Google Ads, GA4 & conversion tracking
• Demonstrated experience in lead generation and B2B advertising
• Strong analytical and data-driven approach
• Ability to manage advertising budgets efficiently
• A proven track record of delivering measurable PPC results
• Packaging, manufacturing, e-commerce or B2B industry experience is a plus
• Willingness to work on-site during the night shift
