This is a full-time, on-site PPC Expert role based in Karāchi. The PPC Expert will manage and optimize pay-per-click campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, YouTube Ads, Meta Ads, and other relevant networks to drive traffic, leads, and conversions for AfterRender and its clients. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting keyword research, setting up and monitoring campaigns, adjusting bids and budgets, creating and testing ad copy and creative, and analyzing performance metrics to improve ROI. The role also involves collaborating with the creative and video production teams to align ad strategies with content, preparing regular performance reports, and recommending data-driven improvements. The PPC Expert is expected to stay current with platform updates, industry trends, and best practices to ensure campaigns remain competitive and effective.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in PPC platforms and tools, such as Google Ads, YouTube Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and basic familiarity with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
• Skills in campaign setup and optimization, including keyword research, audience targeting, bid management, budget allocation, and A/B testing of ad creatives.
• Analytical and reporting capabilities, with the ability to interpret data, track KPIs, generate performance reports, and present clear, actionable insights.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills to work with creative, video, and marketing teams, and to translate campaign needs into effective ad assets.
• Attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills to handle multiple campaigns and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous experience in digital marketing or performance marketing, preferably in an agency or content-focused environment.
• Familiarity with YouTube and video-centric marketing strategies is an advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
