Description:
Scaleable Solutions is currently seeking for an experienced and highly motivated Microsoft D365 CRM / Power Platform Consultant for it's growing team. It's a fulltime on-site role at Islamabad Office. As a consultant, you will be responsible for implementing and customizing Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions, working with clients to identify business needs, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive results.
Responsibilities:
- Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform Development and implementing business solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365.
- Assist in configuring Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM based on the defined requirements, including creating custom entities, fields, web resources, workflows, and business process flows.
- Collaborate with senior consultants to gather functional and technical requirements for Dynamics 365 CRM implementations.
- Integration of external systems into Dynamic 365 CRM.
- Troubleshooting technical problems and solving them.
Qualifications:
- 1 to 3 years of experience in Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform.
- Experience within Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM modules, such as Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, and their functionalities.
- Experience in Power Pages will be a Plus.
- Ability to integrate other systems into the Dynamics 365 architecture using tools such as SOAP, XML, and REST APIs.
- Ability to customize Dynamics CRM using JavaScript and .NET code, develop plugins and develop custom features and workflows if required.
- Ability to develop Power automate apps, workflows, and Azure Functions for processing complex tasks and jobs which must be performed outside of Dynamics CRM.
- Strong understanding of CRM best practices, business processes, and workflows.
- Ability to build both model driven and Canvas apps using Power Apps.
- Ability to write high-quality specifications and technical analysis documents.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think analytically.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Eagerness to learn and stay updated with advancements in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM.
- Relevant certifications in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM will be a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
