Portfolio Lead

Description:

As a Portfolio Lead, you will be responsible for managing investment portfolios, driving sales growth, and cultivating strong client relationships. You will engage with High Net Worth Individuals (HNIs), oversee portfolio strategies, and lead initiatives to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and grow a portfolio of premium clients and investors
• Develop and implement strategies to achieve KPIs and revenue targets
• Pitch and present investment opportunities to potential clients
• Build and sustain long-term client relationships through meetings, calls, and digital platforms
• Collaborate with internal teams for smooth execution of transactions and documentation
• Provide market intelligence to guide client decision-making

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred)
• 5–7 years of proven experience in portfolio management, investment advisory, or real estate sales
• Strong track record of achieving sales and revenue targets
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
• In-depth knowledge of the Karachi real estate/investment market is a plus
