We are looking for a confident, energetic, and charismatic Podcast Host who can lead engaging conversations with guests from the technology, business, startup, and eCommerce industries. The ideal candidate has exceptional communication skills, strong research abilities, and the confidence to conduct insightful interviews while representing the SwiftNine brand professionally.
Key Responsibilities
- Host weekly video and audio podcast episodes.
- Research guests, trending topics, and industry insights before each recording.
- Prepare interview questions and episode outlines.
- Conduct engaging and meaningful interviews with entrepreneurs, founders, executives, and industry professionals.
- Maintain a natural and professional on-camera presence.
- Collaborate with the marketing and production teams to ensure high-quality content.
- Record promotional videos, teasers, and short-form content for social media.
- Build relationships with potential podcast guests and industry leaders.
- Stay updated with trends in technology, AI, startups, SaaS, Shopify, digital marketing, and eCommerce.
- Represent SwiftNine professionally during interviews, conferences, and networking events.
- Contribute ideas to improve podcast reach, audience engagement, and brand visibility.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mass Communication, Media Studies, Marketing, Business, English, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in podcast hosting, public speaking, media, journalism, interviewing, or content creation.
- Excellent spoken English (required); Urdu fluency is an advantage.
- Strong interviewing, storytelling, and communication skills.
- Confident on-camera personality with excellent presentation skills.
- Ability to simplify complex business and technology topics.
- Strong research and organizational skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and meeting deadlines.
- Basic understanding of podcast production and social media platforms is preferred.
