Description:
Responsibilities:
· Prepare Project plan and maintain Daily / Monthly Progress Report using Primavera.
· Prepare and maintain baseline, resource histograms, S - curves and progress reports.
· Prepare and maintain Budget Summary .
· Develop Cash Demand Log.
· Coordinate, prepare and maintain Procurement Track Record.
· Prepare and maintain Monthly Invoice Plan.
· Preparing and maintaining Project Cash Flow sheet.
· Coordinate, prepare and maintain Additional Work Resource Sheet and Additional Work Cost Sheet, if required.
· Prepare and maintain Analytical Report Format.
· Prepare and maintain Query Sheet and Query Register, when required
· Prepare and maintain Project Close Out Report, EOT Claims.
· Prepare and maintain Risk Register.
. Manage subcontractors and deliver the project within specifications.
. Prepare and maintain Estimation of resources, Manpower Deployment Plan and Equipment Deployment Plan.
· Prepare and maintain Sub-Contractor Performance Report.
· Coordinating with site planning engineers about project progress.
· Prepare and maintain Monthly Progress Review Meeting Report.
