Milvik BIMA is looking for an experienced Pharmacy Manager to head our in-house pharmacy at Bahria Town, ensuring best-in-class service, smooth inventory operations, and full regulatory compliance.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Pharm.D. graduate with strong managerial skills, hands-on experience in retail or clinical pharmacy, and a desire to grow with a leading digital health and insurance provider.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the day-to-day pharmacy operations at our Bahria Town location.
  • Oversee inventory, POS systems, and implement FIFO stock practices for accuracy and efficiency.
  • Ensure full DRAP compliance and alignment with pharmaceutical laws and healthcare protocols.
  • Supervise, coach, and develop the pharmacy staff to deliver patient-focused care.
  • Collaborate with doctors and healthcare professionals for prescription accuracy and streamlined care.
  • Analyze performance trends, monitor KPIs, and contribute to marketing strategies for pharmacy growth.
  • Keep detailed records of prescriptions, stock levels, expiry tracking, and audits.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) from a recognized institution.
  • 4–5 years of experience managing pharmacy operations (retail or clinical).
  • Skilled in POS/inventory systems, FIFO implementation, and pharmacy software.
  • Strong knowledge of regulatory and compliance standards.
  • Proven leadership abilities with excellent communication and team management skills.
  • Experience in pharmaceutical marketing or business development is a plus.
  • Candidates residing in or with convenient access to Bahria Town, Lahore.
