We are a leading healthcare facility committed to delivering exceptional patient care. We seek a highly skilled and experienced Pharmacy Manager to oversee our hospital pharmacy operations, ensuring seamless service delivery, inventory management, and adherence to clinical standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Pharmacy Management: Ensure efficient operations, compliance with regulatory standards, and smooth functioning of the pharmacy.
- Staff Management: Supervise, train, and lead pharmacy staff to achieve performance goals.
- Hospital Management Systems: Proficient in utilizing hospital management systems for inventory and patient care management.
- Clinical Pharmacy & Dosage Guidance: Provide expert advice on drug dosages and support clinical pharmacy practices.
- Cash Handling: Oversee cash transactions with accuracy and integrity.
- Inventory Management: Manage and optimize inventory, including local purchases and procurement of medicines.
- Procurement & Audits: Ensure timely procurement, consignment setups, and conduct internal audits, including pharmacy and day-care audits.
Key Requirement:
- Pharm D. Degree (mandatory).
- Minimum 5 years of experience in hospital pharmacy.
- Valid license/registration from the Pharmacy Council of Sindh.
