Job Description

• Leading staff members in the pharmacy by assigning work tasks, supervising, evaluating, hiring, firing, training, and scheduling work shifts for all employees
• Maintaining and managing inventory, ordering new supplies when necessary and keeping inventory areas organised
• Filling prescriptions and checking prescriptions filled by pharmacy techs to ensure proper procedures have been followed
• Following controlled substance protocols in accordance with state laws
• Ensuring that all employees maintain all pharmacy and store protocols and procedures

Qualification

Pharm-D, M. Phil Pharmacy

Experience

Minimum 6 years of experience in supervisory role in healthcare sector
