Pharmacist

Description:

A Pharmacist is responsible for dispensing prescription medications, providing patient counseling, ensuring the safe and effective use of medicines, managing inventory, and maintaining compliance with healthcare regulations and pharmacy standards.

Key Responsibilities : • Assist and Expertise in maintaining inventory management.
• Review and Dispense medications accurately according to prescriptions.
• Counsel patients on medication usage, dosage, side effects, and drug interactions.
• Support documentation and record keeping and proper handling of narcotics drugs.
• Conduct regular stock inspections, including expiry checks and replacements.

Qualifications :

Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm-D) or Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy.

Valid pharmacist license/registration from the regulatory authority.
