Xtra Value is looking Female Personal Assistant for its Islamabad office

• An ideal candidate should be able to provide administrative assistance to the CEO.

• Acting as the first point of contact: dealing with correspondence

• Typing, compiling and preparing reports, presentations and correspondence

• Managing databases and filing systems (Date Entry)

• Social media management

• Manage day to day activities

Skills & Abilities:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (MS Word, EXCEL and PowerPoint)

• Multitasking

• Good Communication Skills

• Ability to work independently

Qualification Requirement:

• Graduation/Master’s degree

• Strong organizational skills that reflect ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail.

Office Timings:

• 09:00am to 05:00pm

We will provide training for 2 weeks and then she can work from home

Required Experience: 1-2 Years

Salary: Negotiable (Depend of Experience)

Location: Islamabad
