Description:
Zellbury is looking for a highly organized, proactive, and professional Personal Assistant to support our CEO. This is a fast-paced role requiring excellent communication skills, discretion, and the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage CEO’s calendar, meetings, and travel arrangements
• Handle confidential information with integrity
• Coordinate internal and external communications
• Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence
• Assist in daily administrative and operational tasks
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
• Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar role
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Professional attitude with a high level of discretion
