Performance & Rewards Executive

Description:

We’re looking for a Performance & Rewards Executive to join our HR team in DHA Phase 5, Karachi.

🔹 Experience: 2–3 years in HR, preferably Performance Management/Rewards
🔹 Education: Master’s in HR, Business Administration, or related field
🔹 Salary: Up to PKR 80,000
🔹 Shift: 3:00 PM – 12:00 AM
🔹 Days: Monday – Friday
🔹 Location: DHA Phase 5, Karachi

𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:

• Manage/support monthly & quarterly performance cycles
• Develop and monitor KPIs, KRAs & performance evaluations
• Support PIPs, employee counseling & performance improvement
• Assist with employee recognition and engagement initiatives
• Train managers/employees on performance management processes
• Prepare performance reports and identify improvement areas
• Assist in developing JDs, KPIs/KRAs and other HR initiatives

𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐒𝐤𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐬:

MS Office, strong communication, analytical & problem-solving skills, performance management and employee engagement knowledge. BPO/customer service experience is a plus.
