Role Description
- Plan, launch, and optimize digital advertising campaigns across various channels such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and display networks.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and generate regular reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Implement A/B testing and other optimization techniques to improve campaign effectiveness and conversion rates.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to align marketing efforts with overall business goals and objectives.
- Utilize web analytics tools such as Google Analytics to gather insights and make data-driven decisions.
- Develop and execute performance marketing strategies to achieve business objectives, including lead generation, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.
- In-depth knowledge of digital advertising platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Performance Marketing Specialist or similar role, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in digital marketing.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools such as Google Analytics, Google Data Studio, or similar platforms.
- Understanding of SEO principles and practices is preferred.
