Performance Marketing Specialist

This is a full-time on-site role located in Rawalpindi for a Performance Marketing Specialist - SEO/PPC. The Performance Marketing Specialist - SEO/PPC will be responsible for developing and executing digital marketing campaigns for websites or apps, implementing and optimizing SEM/PPC campaigns, conducting keyword and audience research, monitoring, analyzing, and reporting on campaign performance, and working closely with cross-functional teams to achieve business growth targets.

Qualifications

• Experience in developing and executing performance-oriented digital marketing campaigns for websites or apps, including paid search, display advertising, and social media.
• Experience creating, implementing, and optimizing SEM/PPC campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Bing Ads, and Facebook Ads
• Ability to conduct keyword and audience research, and use data and analytics to drive marketing campaigns
• Experience using web analytics and reporting tools, such as Google Analytics, to measure and report on campaign performance, and identify trends and insights
• Strong understanding of SEO and search engine algorithms
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
• Experience in managing or working with advertising agencies is a plus
• Experience in B2B digital marketing, e-commerce, or SaaS is a plus
