🎯 Key Responsibilities & Must-Have Expertise

🔹 Google Ads (Advanced)

• Strong hands-on experience with Search & Performance Max (PMax) campaigns

• Optimize campaigns for ROAS, conversions, and scalability

• Proven success in competitive niches

• Experience managing campaigns for US-based local services businesses (mandatory)

🔹 Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)

• Expert-level audience targeting (age, interests, behaviors, locations)

• Build and optimize custom audiences, lookalikes, and retargeting funnels

• Deliver high-intent leads, not generic traffic

🔹 Niche-Specific Targeting (Mandatory)

• Experience running campaigns for video editors, filmmakers, digital creators, creative agencies, or similar niches

• Strong experience working with local services businesses in the US market (lead generation focused)

• Ability to create laser-focused campaigns for specific audiences

• No mass targeting — precision only

 

🔹 Performance & Growth

• Data-driven optimizations, A/B testing, and smart budget scaling

• Continuous improvement using insights and analytics

 

✅ What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of PPC experience

• Proven $5M+ total ad spend across Google Ads & Meta Ads

• Hands-on experience with US local services lead generation campaigns

• Strong communication & collaboration skills

• Portfolio with real spend proof & niche campaign examples (mandatory)
