Digital Thrive Hub is looking for a senior-level PPC expert with proven experience in UK service-based industries, especially law firms and solicitors. This is not an entry-level or e-commerce role.

You must have hands-on experience managing high-budget Google Ads accounts for UK legal services, generating qualified leads with strong conversion tracking and ROI focus.

Key Requirements (Mandatory)

• 5+ years of hands-on PPC experience
• Strong experience with UK service-based industries
• Direct experience running Google Ads for law firms / solicitors
• Advanced knowledge of:
• Google Ads (Search, Call Ads, Performance Max where relevant)
• Conversion tracking (GA4, GTM, call tracking)
• Lead-quality optimisation (not just traffic)
• Ability to manage and optimise high daily budgets
• Strong understanding of UK compliance-sensitive advertising (legal sector)

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, launch, and optimise Google Ads campaigns for UK legal clients
• Improve lead quality, CPL, and conversion rates
• Keyword research focused on high-intent UK searches
• Ad copy writing aligned with legal advertising standards
• Conversion tracking setup and troubleshooting
• Regular performance reporting with actionable insights

Nice to Have

• Experience with immigration law PPC campaigns
• Experience scaling accounts beyond £500/day spend
• Strong analytical mindset (data > assumptions)
