Key Responsibilities
- Plan, launch, monitor, and optimize multi-channel performance campaigns across Meta (Instagram and Facebook).
-Manage multiple ad sets and campaigns simultaneously with precision and agility.
-Analyze results, extract insights, and adapt strategies in real time for maximum performance.
-Build and optimize full-funnel journeys tailored to premium, high-ticket products.
-Run structured A/B tests, measure outcomes, and present performance dashboards regularly.
-Stay ahead of algorithm updates, new ad formats, and platform innovations, keeping Enertia at the cutting edge.
Requirements
-Candidate with 2–3 years of experience managing social media for tech, lifestyle, or premium consumer brands.
-Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
-Proven hands-on experience managing Meta & Google Ads for high-performance, ROI-driven campaigns.
-Deep understanding of audience segmentation, funnel architecture, and retargeting strategies.
-Strong command of Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Google Analytics (GA4), and performance dashboards.
-Ability to blend data insights with strong creative judgment and brand storytelling.
-A sharp, analytical, and proactive mindset - someone who thrives on numbers, results, and experimentation.
