Performance Marketing Specialist

 

Description:

We are looking for a data-driven Performance Marketing Specialist to lead and manage our in-house Brands across Meta platforms and major PPC channels. This role is crucial in scaling our brand's online presence, driving conversions, and optimizing return on ad spend (ROAS).

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, launch, and manage Meta ad campaigns (Facebook and Instagram) to promote the brand, generate leads, and drive sales performance.
  • Plan and execute paid media strategies on platforms like Google Ads, Bing Ads, and other relevant networks, with a strong focus on performance metrics.
  • Conduct thorough market and audience research to inform targeting, messaging, and campaign structure.
  • Create and test engaging ad creatives, including ad copy, visuals (carousel, video, lead forms, etc.), and landing pages tailored to brand goals.
  • Optimize ad performance by continuously monitoring CPC, CPA, and ROAS, ensuring efficient use of advertising budgets.
  • Perform keyword research, competitor benchmarking, and audience segmentation to refine targeting and messaging strategies.
  • Track, analyze, and report campaign performance, providing clear insights and recommendations to improve future efforts.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with design, content, and product teams to align paid media efforts with brand initiatives and promotions.
  • Stay up to date with platform updates, algorithm changes, and digital marketing trends to keep the brand ahead of the curve.

Requirements:

  • 2–4 years of hands-on experience managing Meta and Google Ads campaigns for a brand.
  • Strong analytical skills with a deep understanding of performance metrics like CTR, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rates.
  • Proficient in A/B testing, creative optimization, and budget management.
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving and performance improvement.
