GE Solucions, a rapidly growing digital marketing company based in Karachi, is seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Performance Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for a professional with proven expertise in managing and optimizing high-impact, conversion-focused advertising campaigns across multiple platforms including Google Ads, Facebook, and Instagram.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in e-commerce sales and lead generation campaigns, managing significant advertising budgets with a strategic focus on maximizing Return on Ad Spend (ROAS). You will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid media campaigns targeting markets in Pakistan, the United States, the United Kingdom, and Canada.

Key responsibilities include conducting thorough market research to identify target audiences, collaborating creatively with content and design teams, and producing detailed performance reports that analyze campaign effectiveness. Your insights will drive strategic decision-making and improve the overall marketing ROI.

Work Environment:
This is an onsite role based at our office in PECHS Block 6, Karachi, near Shahrah-e-Faisal. The working hours are from 3:00 PM to 12:00 AM, Monday through Friday, with alternate Saturdays off.
