Description:
We’re hiring a Performance Marketing Specialist to execute and optimize paid campaigns (Google Ads) under the guidance of our Senior PPC Lead in the UK. You’ll manage end-to-end PPC campaigns, conversion tracking, and landing page optimizations and more—with opportunities to grow into email marketing, automation, and content initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:1. PPC & Paid Media:
- Build, monitor, and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Performance Max).
- Implement and troubleshoot conversion tracking (Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager).
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and bid adjustments.
- Collaborate with the SEO team for optimal user experience at the website and landing page level.
2. Landing Pages & CRO:
- Collaborate with designers/developers to improve landing page UX and conversion rates.
- A/B test ad creatives, CTAs, and post-click experiences.
3. Analytics & Reporting:
- Track KPIs (ROAS, CTR, CPA and more) and generate performance reports for senior review.
- Ensure data accuracy and resolve tracking discrepancies.
4. Growth Opportunities:
- Assist with email marketing, CRM workflows (e.g., Pardot), and basic SEO tasks.
- Support B2B lead generation and marketing automation initiatives.
Qualifications:
- 2–3 years of hands-on experience in Google Ads (certifications preferred).
- Proficiency in Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager.
- Basic knowledge of landing page best practices and A/B testing.
- Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail.
- Fluent English (written/verbal) for clear communication.
- Bonus: Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce), email marketing, or SEO.
