Description:
We are seeking a data-driven Performance Marketing Manager to manage and optimize our paid media campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads, TikTok, and emerging digital platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in paid social, search engine marketing (SEM), display advertising, and conversion rate optimization (CRO). This role is critical in scaling our e-commerce revenue by ensuring efficient ad spend, high ROAS, and data-backed decision-making.
This position is based in Lahore, with an opportunity to work closely with creative, content, and e-commerce teams to drive digital success.
Key Responsibilities1. Paid Media Strategy & Execution
- Develop, manage, and optimize paid media campaigns across:
- Facebook & Instagram Ads (Meta Business Suite)
- Google Ads (Search, Shopping, Display, YouTube)
- TikTok Ads (Brand Awareness & Direct Response)
- Other Emerging Platforms (Snapchat, Pinterest, etc.)
- Allocate and manage advertising budgets efficiently to maximize ROAS and lower CAC.
- Continuously A/B test creatives, ad copy, landing pages, and audience targeting to improve campaign performance.
2. Performance Analysis & Optimization
- Monitor and analyze key performance marketing metrics:
- ROAS (Return on Ad Spend)
- CPC (Cost Per Click) & CPM (Cost Per 1,000 Impressions)
- CTR (Click-Through Rate) & Conversion Rates
- Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) & Lifetime Value (LTV)
- Attribution Modeling & Multi-Touchpoint Analysis
- Use tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and Data Studio to track and report performance.
- Identify high-performing audiences, keywords, and ad placements to scale successful campaigns.
3. Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO)
- Work closely with the e-commerce team to improve landing page performance and checkout funnel.
- Optimize ad creatives, product pages, and shopping experiences to reduce bounce rates and increase conversions.
- Implement remarketing strategies to re-engage potential customers and increase repeat purchases.
4. Creative Strategy & Ad Content
- Collaborate with graphic designers and content teams to create high-converting ad creatives and video ads.
- Develop data-driven ad creatives by testing different messaging, visuals, and CTAs.
- Stay ahead of digital marketing trends, leveraging new ad formats, automation, and AI-driven targeting.
5. Competitive & Market Analysis
- Conduct competitor analysis to identify new opportunities and benchmark ad performance.
- Monitor industry trends, platform updates, and algorithm changes to adjust strategies accordingly.
- Stay updated on Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and TikTok Ads best practices for better optimization.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Advertising, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- Experience: 3+ years of hands-on experience managing paid digital campaigns across Facebook, Google, and TikTok Ads.
- Technical Skills:Expertise in Meta Business Suite (Facebook & Instagram Ads Manager)
- Advanced knowledge of Google Ads (Search, Shopping, Display, YouTube)
- Experience with TikTok Ads & Performance-Based Video Marketing
- Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Attribution Models
- Proficiency in A/B testing, bid management, and conversion tracking
- Analytical Mindset: Strong ability to analyze data, optimize performance, and make data-driven decisions.
- E-commerce Expertise: Prior experience in DTC (Direct-to-Consumer) e-commerce advertising is a plus.
- Creativity & Strategy: Ability to develop and test compelling ad creatives that drive engagement and sales.
- Budget Management: Experience handling six-figure ad budgets with a focus on efficiency and ROI maximization.
