Description:
Hybytes is looking for a results-driven Performance Marketer to manage and scale our paid acquisition channels. This role focuses on generating qualified leads for our software, cloud, and IT services through data-driven paid marketing strategies.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee the company’s social media presence across all platforms
- Plan and execute posting schedules aligned with marketing goals
- Drive audience engagement through relevant, high-quality content
- Coordinate content with internal teams and external partners
- Monitor and optimize channel growth and performance metrics
- Run and optimize paid campaigns (Meta, Google, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Analyze data and share performance reports with clear insights
- Test, measure, and scale high-performing content and campaigns
- Define roles and responsibilities for marketing positions (social media, content, ads, analytics)
- Help create job descriptions for marketing hires
- Participate in interviewing and evaluating candidates for their team (especially technical/skills assessment for marketing tools)
- Provide input on team structure and reporting hierarchy
Requirements:
- 3–6 years experience in performance marketing
- Hands-on expertise in paid ad platforms
- Strong analytical and reporting skills
- Experience in B2B lead generation preferred
- Self-driven, result-oriented mindset
