Performance Marketing Manager

This role is about:

• Driving meetings booked with decision-makers
• Reducing CAC
• Improving conversion from MQL → SQL → Closed Won

Core Revenue (Revenue Focused)

1-Demand Generation & Paid Acquisition

• Run LinkedIn & Google Ads targeting:
• CTOs
• Engineering Managers
• Founders
• IT Directors
• Generate demo bookings for:
• AWS migration
• DevOps implementation
• Cloud cost optimization
• Modernization services

2-Funnel Optimization

• Build and optimize:
• Landing pages
• Lead magnets (e.g., Cloud Readiness Assessment)
• Case study campaigns
• Improve:
• Cost per Lead (CPL)
• Cost per Meeting
• Cost per SQL

3-Revenue Attribution & Analytics

• Track full funnel performance:
• Ad Spend → Leads → Meetings → Deals → ARR
• Report weekly on:
• CAC
• ROAS
• Conversion rates
• Pipeline value generated

4-Account Based Marketing (ABM)

• Target high-value accounts
• Create campaigns for:
• Funded startups
• SaaS companies
• Fintech companies
• E-commerce brands

5-Clear KPI's (No Ambiguity)

You will be measured on:

• Qualified leads per month
• Meetings booked with decision-makers
• Pipeline generated
• Cost per SQL
• Revenue influenced
• Marketing-attributed ARR

Must Have

✔ 3+ years in B2B performance marketing

✔ Experience in SaaS / Tech / Cloud / IT Services

✔ Proven ability to generate enterprise leads

✔ Strong LinkedIn Ads + Google Ads expertise

✔ Experience with CRM (HubSpot preferred)

✔ Data-driven mindset
